MoonStruck Hosting LLC (“MoonStruck Hosting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital and technology services that may include website hosting; custom website design and development; website redesigns; responsive development; website migration; website maintenance; backups; technical support; domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS configuration, and related domain services; business email setup or support; search engine optimization (“SEO”); answer engine optimization (“AEO”); analytics, reporting, content optimization, technical consulting, and other mutually agreed digital services.
The exact scope, features, fees, timing, and deliverables for a customer may be described in an invoice, estimate, proposal, order, statement of work, email, or other written agreement. Those service-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.
You represent that you have authority to request work on any website, domain, hosting account, email account, analytics account, business profile, social account, or other digital property you provide to us. You are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, credentials, licenses, access, and other information reasonably needed to perform the services.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, business information, pricing, claims, legal disclosures, and other materials before or after publication as applicable.
Website projects may include design, coding, configuration, integrations, forms, content placement, responsive formatting, launch assistance, or other agreed work. Unless otherwise stated in writing, additional pages, major revisions, new functionality, third-party integrations, custom applications, copywriting, photography, premium software, licensing, and post-launch changes may require additional fees.
Project timelines depend on customer responsiveness, access to required systems, third-party services, and the agreed project scope.
Hosting, maintenance, domain, and email services may be recurring. Availability can be affected by scheduled or emergency maintenance, software issues, security events, upstream providers, domain registries, internet infrastructure, or events outside our reasonable control. Unless a written service-level agreement states otherwise, MoonStruck Hosting does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registrar and registry rules. Customers are responsible for keeping contact information current and paying renewal charges when due. Email deliverability is not guaranteed because spam filtering, reputation systems, DNS, recipient systems, and third-party providers can affect delivery.
SEO services may include technical SEO, on-page optimization, metadata, site structure, schema markup, page-speed recommendations, keyword research, content recommendations, local SEO, analytics, search-console configuration, reporting, link-related recommendations, or other agreed optimization work.
No ranking guarantee. Search engines control their own algorithms, indexes, search results, crawling, ranking systems, and policies. MoonStruck Hosting does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales result, indexing date, search position, or continued placement.
AEO services may include structuring and improving content so it is easier for search engines, AI-assisted search tools, conversational systems, and answer engines to understand and potentially surface. Work may include entity and topical optimization, FAQ and question-based content, structured data, schema markup, citation-ready content, authority signals, internal linking, technical optimization, and content organization.
No AI placement or citation guarantee. MoonStruck Hosting does not control Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or any other AI system, search engine, model, answer engine, crawler, or index. We cannot guarantee that a customer, website, brand, page, or source will be cited, summarized, recommended, displayed, indexed, or included in an AI-generated answer.
Our services may depend on third-party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, DNS providers, content management systems, email providers, analytics providers, payment processors, APIs, plugins, social platforms, search engines, and AI platforms. Their services, terms, pricing, policies, and availability are outside our control and may change.
Fees are due as stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, proposal, checkout page, subscription, or written agreement. Some services require an upfront payment, deposit, recurring subscription, renewal payment, milestone payment, or payment before work begins. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices and payments are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
By providing a payment method and authorizing payment, you authorize MoonStruck Hosting and its payment service providers to process the applicable charge. Recurring services may continue and renew until canceled according to the applicable service terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, overdue, or otherwise not received, we may pause new work, withhold delivery of unfinished work, suspend services, or disable hosting or related services after reasonable notice when appropriate. The customer remains responsible for valid outstanding amounts and third-party costs incurred on the customer’s behalf.
Refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, recurring-service cancellation, deposits, completed work, custom work, domains, and third-party fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at info@mshosting.net or 864-406-5676 so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive lawful cardholder or payment-dispute rights.
You may not use our services for unlawful activities; malware distribution; phishing; credential theft; unauthorized access; abusive messaging; intellectual-property infringement; deceptive activity; content or activity prohibited by our infrastructure providers; or activity that creates unreasonable security, legal, operational, or reputational risk. We may suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect systems, comply with law or provider requirements, address abuse, or prevent harm.
Customers retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, images, and other materials they provide, subject to third-party rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after full payment the customer receives the agreed rights to custom website deliverables created specifically for that customer. MoonStruck Hosting retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, libraries, frameworks, processes, templates, know-how, utilities, and other materials not created exclusively for the customer.
Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing, MoonStruck Hosting may identify completed public-facing work in its portfolio and display the customer’s public website, business name, logo, and screenshots solely to demonstrate work performed.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the services provided, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Where backups are included, backup frequency, retention, and restoration capability may depend on the service plan and third-party hosting platform.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Payment card information is processed through third-party payment providers. MoonStruck Hosting does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or online banking passwords on its website.
Website, hosting, SEO, AEO, analytics, marketing, technical, and business-support services are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.
Except for any express written commitments, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from attack, compatible with every device or third-party system, or that SEO, AEO, marketing, website, or technology services will produce a specific financial or business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonStruck Hosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, or third-party platform decisions arising from or related to the services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid MoonStruck Hosting for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may end non-committed services according to the applicable cancellation terms. MoonStruck Hosting may terminate or suspend services for nonpayment, material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, or violation of third-party provider requirements.
We may update these Terms as our services, providers, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in South Carolina unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution method.
